Description:
1.Mud pump is a horizontal two-cylinder reciprocating pump.
2. This piston pump has smaller volume and lighter weight than similar pumps. It is more suitable for geological prospecting.
3.To meet diamond drilling, BW-250 mud pump has two kinds of cylinder liner 80mm and 65mm.The large cylinder diameter (80mm) can match 1000m drilling machine. The smaller cylinder (65mm) can be used as associated equipment for 1500m drilling machine.

Operation Flow
1: Start-up inspection: The connection parts are fixed;
The electric rotation direction should be correct;
The clutch is flexible and reliable;
The piping is securely connected, the seal is reliable, and the bottom valve is flexible and effective.
2: The liquid pump before starting, suction pipe, bottom valve, pump body must be filled with water diversion, pressure gauge buffer upper end filled with oil.
3: Turn with the hand, so that the piston back and forth two times, unobstructed stem and the line insulation is good when the empty can start, after starting, to normal operation and then gradually increase the load.
4: The operation should pay attention to the sealing of each sealing device, if necessary to adjust.
Pull rod and auxiliary rod should be often oiled and lubricated.
5: In operation often test mud sediment content must not exceed 10%.
6: There are several speed of the mud pump for the splash lubrication reliable, in each shift operation will be several speeds of operation, time is not less than 30 seconds.
7: Strictly prohibited in the operation of variable speed, the need for variable speed should stop the pump shift.
